A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2014, at around 05:34, the Defendant, while drunkly doing Dtel 401 located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, a person’s residence, sought from E the phrase “I am about whether I am about I am about I am about I am about I am about I am about I am about I am about I am about I am about I am about I am about I am.”

Accordingly, the defendant destroyed another person's property and caused public danger.
