A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who is engaged in driving of a Dap Motor Vehicle in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, the Road Traffic Act, and the Road Traffic Act;

Nevertheless, the defendant operated CDap Motor Vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance, such as the preceding paragraph, on the road.
