Of the crimes in Section 2, 3, and 4(b) of the judgment of the defendant, the crimes in Section 1 to 20, 5, and 6 of the attached list of crimes (2) are committed.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to special larceny at the Jeju District Public Prosecutor's Office, at the Gwangju District Public Prosecutor's Office on August 16, 2012, to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny), etc. at the Gwangju Public Prosecutor's Office on August 23, 2012, to be subject to the disposition of larceny, etc. at the Incheon Public Prosecutor's Office on February 22, 2013, to transfer each juvenile protection case from the Gwangju Public Prosecutor's Office on November 29, 2013, and on November 29, 2013, the above judgment became final and conclusive on December 7, 2013.

1. On December 23, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, around 23:50 on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, (i) opened a door to which he was parked in Seoul, FranxG car of the victim E, and (ii) opened a door to which he was parked, (iii) taken one agricultural credit card (G) owned by the victim on the ground that he was placed between the driver’s seat and the chief, and (iv) took 60,000 won in cash owned by the victim at the place where the driver’s seat was received, and (iii) stolen property worth KRW 12.6 million from that time up to December 7, 2013, including, from that time, five times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes (1) by December 7, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.

2. Around 03:00 on December 5, 2013, the Defendant illegally used air defense, installed the front and rear number plate of the HH car, as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1), at the entrance of a villa located in the YY-gun Busan-gun Busan-gun, Busan-gun, the lower part of the H car, as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1), with the construction section attached to the Istuna car, which was stolen.

Accordingly, the defendant used a car number plate which is an air for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. The Defendant of an unlawful-use air defense event driven an I rocketing car with the H number plate attached at the Jeonnam-gun, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province around the date and time set forth in paragraph 2.

The defendant is a motor vehicle which is an illegal air.
