On November 11, 2010, A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Gwangju District Court's net support on November 11, 201, and on May 31, 2011, the sentence of the suspended sentence was invalidated on August 20, 201 upon being sentenced to one year and six months for the same crime, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and the said sentence was finalized on February 13, 2014.

In addition, A was also subject to juvenile protective disposition on November 30, 2006 by the Office of the Netcheon District Public Prosecutor's Office of Gwangju District Public Prosecutor's Office due to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, at the office of the 2006 Gwangju Public Prosecutor's Office due to larceny, etc. on December 12, 2006, at the office of the 2006 Gwangju Public Prosecutor's Office due to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, at the office of the 2007 Incheon Public Prosecutor's Office due to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc.
1. Defendant A
A. A. On January 24, 2015, at around 15:05, the Defendant habitually stolen a victim E-house located in Bosung-gun, Jeonsung-gun around 15:05, and B parked a FK5 car in its nearby area, and reported the network, and the Defendant invaded into the open door, carried out a 56,00 won of cash owned by the victim, and stolen it, as indicated in the attached Table 1, jointly with B, and habitually stolen a total of KRW 6,190,50 from September 25, 2014 to January 24, 2015.
B. Around 10:00 on January 19, 2015, the Defendant driven an I interview loan without a vehicle driver’s license in a section of about 70 km from the front of Bosung-gun G to the road in front of the same military HH resting area, and operated a vehicle without a vehicle driver’s license for eight times from September 25, 2014 to January 19, 2015, as indicated in attached Table 2.
