Criminal facts

Defendant

B is the owner of a building in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and Defendant A is a person who is employed as a daily worker and the victim F is a person who leases the above building underground and operates a double-end manufacturing factory in the trade name of “G”.

Defendant

B around February 2013, a new room was created to set off part of the first floor of the building above, and then, in order to prevent the noise of the end plant above the room, B attached soundproof materials composed of punching the inside wall of the factory by requesting the Defendant A, etc. to prevent the noise of the end plant above the room.

After that, Defendant B leased the above room, but following the lease, tried to install a “culp”, which is an original pipe leading to the exterior of the building, from the inside of the factory, so that the above factory noise can go out of the building.

B employmenting Defendant A on April 3, 2013, around 11:00, and ordering Defendant A to cut steel plates composed of sandd position panels installed in the ventilation Section of the above factory outer wall into the original form using “grain” and purchased materials, etc. necessary for the above work.

However, Defendant A did not have a string of the previous installation work, and if Defendant A continues to carry a stringr, etc. with a string between strings and strings, the string was likely to move the strings to the strings of the said sandd Location Panel.
