1. The Defendant’s KRW 5,00,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from April 7, 2016 to July 12, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 20, 200, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on the underground floor (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with respect to the building located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “instant building”) owned by the Defendant, setting the lease deposit of KRW 7,00,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 500,000, and the lease period of April 20, 2001 (hereinafter “D factory”). On April 20, 200, the Plaintiff operated a double-end manufacturing factory (hereinafter “D factory”).

On April 15, 2006, the Plaintiff and the Defendant deducted the rent of 2,00,000,000 from the lease deposit for the fourth-month overdue interest of the Plaintiff, and then changed the lease deposit to 5,00,000 won, and the rent to 450,000 won per month.

B.1) On February 3, 2013, the Defendant newly created a room to set off part of the first floor of the instant building, and attached soundproof materials made by spunching into the walls of D factory by requesting a construction business operator E, etc. to prevent the noise of D factory in the room. 2) The Defendant thereafter leased the above first floor room to another person.
