1. The Defendant’s KRW 11,717,690 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from October 20, 201 to December 8, 2016.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On November 24, 2010, the Plaintiff is an insurance company that entered into a fire insurance contract with Nonparty B with the insurance period from December 1, 2010 to December 1, 2011, on a house with the second floor above ground (hereinafter “this case’s house”).
