1. The plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology and the insured, respectively, and entered into a comprehensive property insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the respective insurance period from March 17, 2012 to March 17, 2013, in the buildings, buildings, equipment, structures, machinery, equipment, public appliances fixtures, books, vehicle transport equipment, etc. located in the 1st area, YY-dong, YY-dong, YY-dong, YY-dong, Gwangju.

B. On April 20, 2012, a fire occurred in a laboratory No. 213 located on the second floor of a building building of the Special Institute of Science and Technology (Seoul) and Technology (hereinafter “instant fire”) and partly the laboratory, experiment equipment, etc. were destroyed.

C. As a result of the fire investigation, the Gwangju Northern Police Station found the fire caused by the electrical cause as follows: (i) after detecting the scene of the fire in this case, the combustion pattern of the laboratory was identified from the right wall electrical radioactive device (hereinafter “the electrical radioactive device in this case”) and the pattern was identified from the upper end of the electric wires connected to the inner radioactive device; and (ii) after assessing the electrical radioactive device in this case at the scene of the fire, the Western National Scientific Research Institute conducted an appraisal of the electric radioactive device in this case at the scene of the fire; and (iii) the combustion inside the electric radioactive device was excluded from the outbreak of the electric radioactive device; and (iv) it is possible that the electric radioactive device was separated from the final end of the electric wires connected to the internal radioactive device; and (v) it is possible that the electric radioactive device was separated from the type of the electric radioactive device in the process of the electric radioactive device.
