A Imprisonment for three years, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that both the Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics, the Defendants handled Meptiles (i.e., a single opphone; hereinafter “opphone”), 3,4-Methyleneine-N-methylamamba (hereinafter “MMA”) and marijuana, which are psychotropic drugs.

Defendant A, in collusion with Canadian on April 3, 2019, “2019 High 197,” Defendant A, on the following occasions: (a) placed in a vinyl bag approximately 2.45g, MDMA 23, marijuana 10.14g, and stored it in a plastic bag, and sent it to a large plastic bag (registration number: E). On April 9, 2019, Defendant A, in collusion with Canadian, sent the said air-post item to the Incheon Central Port Office located in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government Port Office. Accordingly, Defendant A, in collusion with the names of irregulars, MD 23, and marijuana 10.14g, and sent it to a large plastic bag (registration number). On April 9, 2019, Defendant A imported the said air-post item into the Incheon Port Office located in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government Port. As a result, Defendant A imported Rophone, MDMA 2, 2019.

1. Defendant A’s crime;

A. On August 2018, Defendant A conspired with C to smoke marijuana in a play place near the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F apartment, containing approximately 1g of marijuana after deducting tobacco smoke, and then spreading smoke generated by attaching a roman’s fire with a roman, and smoking marijuana in collusion with C.

B. On February 2, 2019, Defendant A conspiredd to import marijuana with C located in the United Kingdom to closely import it. On February 2, 2019, Defendant A: (a) had C Haman put approximately 2g of marijuana in a pharmaceutical bag; (b) sealed it in a pharmaceutical bag; and (c) stored it again in an aeronautical letter bag; and (d) sent it in an air letter-post item. On February 2, 2019, the said letter-post item arrived at the Incheon Central Government Provision Port located in the Jung-gu Incheon Central Government Provision Port.

Accordingly, the defendant A imported approximately 2g of marijuana in collusion with C.

C. On March 18, 2019, Defendant A, who imported MDMA and lsD, has the name unclaimed boxes in Canada.
