Reasons
Punishment of the crime
To the extent that the facts charged by the prosecutor do not disadvantage the defendants' exercise of their right to defense, some correction or correction was made according to the facts obtained through the examination of evidence.

B. At around 15:00 on March 13, 2018, the Defendants: (a) smoke marijuana in the vicinity of Gangnam-gu Seoul; (b) opened approximately 0.3g of marijuana to tobacco pipe; (c) attached a racker with a racker to spread; and (d) jointly smoked marijuana in a way of routing it.
2. Defendant A
A. Defendant A, who purchased lsD, from February 20, 2018
2. From 20:00 to 20:00, Seoul G and H purchased lsd 10,000 won in cash from D in Gangnam-gu and H.
2) around March 9, 2018, Defendant A purchased lsd from D in the upper frame of “K club” adjacent to “K club” in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and around 04:45 the same day, Defendant A purchased lsd from D to E (M) account in the Defendant’s mother-friendly L’s name 1-A to 1.890,000 won in the name of lsd purchase price. (b) Defendant A purchased lsd from D around March 11, 2018 by transferring 1.6 g from D to E account in the name of the Defendant’s mother-friendly L (M).
