Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), etc. at the Jung-gu District Court of the Seoul Northern District on July 15, 2009, a fine of 3.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court of the Seoul Northern District on August 31, 2009, and a fine of 4 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) at the Seoul Central District Court of the Seoul Central District on August 31, 2009, and was sentenced to a summary order of 6 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) at the Jung-gu District Court of the Republic of Korea on January 19, 201, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for six months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) at the Suwon Friwon on October 12, 2017.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

1. On October 22, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without a driver’s license, under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.192% in a section of about 1.6 km from the front of a comprehensive bus terminal in the south-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do to the front day of the road at the 43-ro, South-do, Southern-dong, Yan-dong, Yan-dong, Yan-dong, Yan-dong, the Defendant of the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a driver’s license) and the traffic law (driving without a driver’s license).
