[2017 High Court Decision 131]

1. On June 26, 2016, around 00:35, the Defendant written up seven instances of writing comments and posting comments on the Defendant’s “C” bulletin board “C” operated by the Defendant, referring to the victim E, the president of the D, and “C,” and “C,” as the part of the Defendant’s statement of crimes.
