Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

On February 19, 2015, at around 23:05, the Defendant driven Bsch Rexton car without obtaining a driver's license from the front of the (Gu) Investigation Training Institute located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu to about 318, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.
