Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 5, 2010, at around 17:37, the Defendant operated B-wing three vehicles that did not buy mandatory insurance on the road 106, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu 69-ro 106.
