1. A resolution that appoints E at an extraordinary general meeting of the Defendant on October 20, 2015 as a director or representative, and other resolutions shall be made.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a juristic person formed by the defendant as a member of F's time G and H's descendants of I, JC, and KC's clans with the aim of promoting friendships between the sublime of the ship and its members, protecting cultural properties related to F, and preserving the cultural properties. The plaintiffs are representatives of the defendant's general meeting.

Article 6 (Organization) (1) This Association shall have the following sub-organizations:

1. There shall be branches in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City and Metropolitan Cities, and sub-councils under their supervision;

2. A Do council shall be established in the Do, and a Si/Gun council shall be established under the supervision of the Do; and

(2) The Council shall be established under the jurisdiction of the Council, K Cze-types, Lives Association, and Lives Association.

The Juvenile Juvenile Association and the Juvenile Women's Association shall be under the direction and supervision of the plenary session and matters concerning the organization and operation shall be prescribed separately by the Rules.

Article 11 (Types and Fixed Number of Executives) The following executives shall be placed in this corporation:

(1) One chairperson and two vice-chairpersons and not more than 20 vice-chairpersons. (3) At least five directors to not more than 150 auditors. (4) At least two auditors, but not more than 12 (Appointment of Executives) (1) An executive officer shall be elected at a general meeting, and the appointment shall be reported to the Administrator of the Cultural Heritage Administration without delay.

Article 13 (Honorary President, Advisors, Guidance Members, and Closing Members) The chief director may, following a resolution of the board of directors according to the operational needs of this corporation, replace one honorary chairperson, several advisers, and appoint several guidance members and the senior secretary.

Article 16 (Term of Office of Officers) (1) The term of office of officers (director and auditor) shall be three years, but they may be reappointed.

Article 17 (Representative of Corporation) (1) The chief director shall represent the corporation and preside over the affairs of the corporation.

Article 20 (Formation of General Meeting) The General Assembly shall be composed of the following persons (hereinafter referred to as representatives) from among its members:

(1) The National Federation director, central office member, deliberation committee member, and committee member. (2) The National Federation Chairperson of the JC and the KCF. (3) The Chairperson of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Metropolitan City, Do Council member, secretariat head, and vice-chairperson appointed by the Chairperson of the relevant Special Metropolitan City or the Metropolitan City.
