All appeals are dismissed.

We examine the grounds of appeal.

Examining the record in light of the relevant legal principles, it is justifiable for the court below to maintain the judgment of the first instance that acquitted the Defendants on the grounds that there is no evidence to prove the facts charged in the instant case.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles regarding the intention to transfer the means of access in the crime of violating the rules of logic and experience, or failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
