All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the record in light of the relevant legal principles, it is justifiable for the lower court to have convicted the Defendants of the charges on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there are no errors in recognizing facts in violation of logical and empirical rules, or in misapprehending the legal principles as to the conspiracy joint principal offender or intent of unlawful acquisition in the crime of occupational embezzlement, or omitting judgment.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
