Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:50 on July 8, 2014, the Defendant was in sight of the Victim F (22 tax) and G (23 tax) in front of the “C” located in the Geum-gu, Busan, F (22 tax), and D were in sight of the Victim F (23 tax). D was in turn taken one time from the Victim F to take the face of the Victim F, and the Defendant was in turn taken three times from the Victim F, three times the face of the Victim F, three times in length to take three times from the Victim F, the back of the Victim F’s head, and E was in hand taken two times in front of the Victim F’s face with the Victim F, and was in turn when the Victim F’s face was taken one time.

As a result, the defendant jointly with D and E, caused the victim F to suffer approximately four weeks of medical treatment, such as the left-hand disorder, and the old net heat where it is impossible to identify the number of days of medical treatment to the victim G.
