A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2, 2016, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of Nice B on a four-lane road located in the Singu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and proceeded along two-lanes from the four-distance side of this Ri to the large-speed one.
