Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 9, 2018, when the Defendant was unable to drive normally and with a alcohol level of 0.107% from blood alcohol level at 0.107%, the Defendant driven a 5km-distance D Spanp car from the front line of the Da located in Gwangju Seo-gu, Gwangju-gu, and forced the 332-distance intersection at the entrance of a mountain site at the center of Gwangju Dong-gu, to a flow-off distance from the surface of the water reservoir hotel at the center of Gwangju-gu.
