Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Where a person subject to registration of personal information is a person subject to registration of personal information and a person subject to registration of personal information is changed, the defendant shall submit personal information to the police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date on which the ground for change

Nevertheless, on September 21, 2015, the Defendant registered the B rocketing car volume under the Defendant’s name, and the C oos JL350 car volume in Jun. 15, 2016 at the registration office of the vehicle in Sungnam-si, and did not submit personal information to the police station having jurisdiction over the domicile.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the duty to submit personal information.
