Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2, 2010, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information who has received a written notice of a person subject to registration of personal information from the Daegu High Court for committing a violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles against Sexual Abuse.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not comply with the photographing period from November 15, 2010 to August 22, 2021 by November 15, 2014, which is the day of the photographer, without justifiable grounds.
