Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he handled LSD (one life LSD; hereinafter referred to as “lsD”) and marijuana as follows.
1. On March 2015, the Defendant: (a) in the vicinity of the “D main shop” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and (b) KRW 80,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won were paid to E (guilty on September 1, 2015) and purchased lsd; and (c)
1. As described, lsD 14 were purchased in total on three occasions.

Purchasing three lsD 14 of the purchase price for other parties purchased at a temporary location on March 1, 2015, which was 10,000 won or more from 10,000 won or more from 10,000,000 won or more from 10,000,000 won or more from 10,000,000,000 won or more from 10,000,000,000,000 won or more from 2,40,000 won or more from the Jung-gu, Seoul.
2. The following crimes committed by the Defendant during the period of April 2015, 2015, which included the sale of lsD by transferring 2.80,00 won to H in the vicinity of G department stores located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, while receiving 2.80,00 won from H, and selling lsD:

A. On March 2015, the Defendant used lsD in a manner of drinking water after spiting spits in the “D main shop” as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1).
B. On May 2015, the Defendant used lsD 1 in the instant “D key point”, and used lsD 1 in the same manner as the instant A.
4. Around June 6, 2015, the Defendant purchased the hemp plant by entering into an agreement to pay 1040,000 won to E in the vicinity of the convenience store in the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ, and by receiving approximately 8g g of hemp.
