A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall operate an automobile unless it is registered in the register of automobiles;
On September 6, 2013, the Defendant committed a violation of the Automobile Management Act, such as running the vehicle management law from the roads in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant’s dwelling to the roads in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to the front of 305, on May 28, 2015, even though the Defendant was acquired one (the chassis number: D) beauty LEL 1200 C, which was not registered as a motor vehicle from C, without registering a motor vehicle.
2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
Nevertheless, at around 10:00 on May 28, 2015, the Defendant operated the beauty elba in Paragraph 1, which was not covered by mandatory insurance from the front road of Gwanak-gu, Seoul to the front road of 305, Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, on the road.
Accordingly, the defendant operated a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.
3. No person shall unlawfully use the seal, signature, written name or emblem of a public official or a public office, for the purpose of uttering;
Around July 2014, the Defendant filed an application for the destruction of the number plate with respect to “G”, F, F, and received the above number plate from F, and had the error F, delivered the said number plate to return the number plate, and had the interviewel as set out in paragraph (1) arbitrarily affixed it to F.
Accordingly, the defendant used a number plate, an air, for the purpose of exercising the right.
4. At around 10:00 on May 28, 2015, the Defendant used the above interviewel, which attached the “G” number plate, as described in paragraph (3), from Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the roads in front of 305, the Defendant’s residence, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City E-mail, the Defendant’s dwelling.
