A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2018, 2018, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim C’s lutob, which was parked on a road front of the Bacheon-si Babel, in his/her hand, and stolen it by means of opening the lutob, bringing it into the luto.

2. No one shall forge, alter, or unlawfully use a registration number plate, etc. under the Motor Vehicle Management Act;

Nevertheless, on July 7, 2018, the Defendant attached a stolen number plate to the Defendant’s residence, such as the above paragraph (1), at the Defendant’s residence in Ischeon-si E, the Defendant driven the Defendant’s vehicle from that time to September 7, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant used the registration number plate unlawfully and exercised the illegally used air defense.

3. Around 09:50 on September 7, 2018, the Defendant driven a motorcycle specified in paragraph (2) of the Road Traffic Act without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from a road located in the Dongcheon-si, Leecheon-si to a road located in front of the 2573 Lee Man-do in the same direction.

4. No automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated an off-to-land which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place mentioned in the above Paragraph 3.
