Imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes of Articles 1 through 5 in the judgment of the accused, and for the crimes of Articles 6 through 17 in the judgment of the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Seoul Southern District Court on March 29, 2013, sentenced to the suspension of the execution of two years and six months on the grounds of a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and was not a person handling narcotics, who was sentenced to the suspension of the execution on April 6, 2013.

Defendant,

1. On the first 22:00 on October 2012, G in collusion with Ginna 301, H, and F residing by the E located in Ansan-si, a member of Ansan-si, and 0.03 grams of 0.4g psychotropic drugs held by F (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as the “philopon”), and dilution them into coffee by drinking them by drinking them, and H and F shall, in turn, 0.03g of the said philopon in a single-use injection machine, dilution them as soon as possible after being dilution with water in their arms;

5. On March 29, 2013, from around 22:00 to March 31, 2013, 2013, 0.03g of philopphones received free of charge from I in the above Defendant’s dwelling at the above Defendant’s dwelling for three days, are dilution into coffee and meciled into coffee;

6. On April 29, 2013, around 18:30 on the roads near K apartment in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and I purchase 300,000 won of philopon with a single injection device which contains 0.4g philopon, one flopon with a single injection device which is composed of 0.4g of philopon;
