Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was a legal entity established for the purpose of searching for customers, marketing, and sales support activities for affiliated companies related to mobile and web-based services. C was the founder and representative director of D located in California, California, and the Defendant’s representative director established in the Republic of Korea from May 31, 2013 to August 26, 2016.
