A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, without the intent or capacity to trade an item or an item that is a game item transaction site, without the intent or capacity to trade the game item normally, was involved in the transaction of the game item through the said game item transaction site, by deceiving the seller of the game item by deceiving the seller of the game item by sending the text message which is settlement completion at the game item site, such as the call site, with the knowledge of the fact that if the game item is traded through the said game item transaction site, at the time of the transaction through the said game item transaction site, the Defendant knew that he/she sent the seller the text message which is settlement completion at the game item’s site, such as the call site, and by transmitting the text message which is the representative telephone number of the item’s site.

On May 26, 2016, the Defendant sent a letter to the effect that “ online game money 10,000 gold bars” posted on the victim E at the DPC room located in Jeju Island, at around 16:20 on May 26, 2016, the Defendant contacted the said victim to the effect that “the online game machine machine 10,000 gold bars on the website is sold,” and then, the Defendant deceiving the victim as “10,000 gold bars on the online game machine booms in this article on the website, if any, further possible, from the victim to the point of view that the Defendant would purchase 16,00 gold bars, while promising the victim to pay for the said game money through the items, the Defendant would not have paid for the money to the victim [10,000 won, 10,000 won, 20,000 won, 20,000 won,”

In fact, it was delivered gold 16,000 gold games from the injured party who believed this as a fact.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received a game money equivalent to KRW 912,00 from the victim, and by deceiving the victims at a total of 11 times from the time to December 5, 2016, as shown in attached Table 1, and deceiving the victims at least 15,252,150 won from the victims.
