Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise provided for in any other Act, no person shall knowingly use a medium access to electronic financial transactions for any crime or use it for any crime, or lend or lease any access medium, or store, deliver or distribute such medium with the knowledge of the use thereof for any crime or at the request or promise of the use thereof.

As a result, the Defendant received a total of three times of delivery of electronic financial transaction access media while knowing or promising to be used for a crime or to be used for a crime.
