Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Nevertheless, the defendant does not register with the competent authorities;

1. On December 26, 2017, after installing a painting and printing equipment on the street in front of C, which is located in B, Busan, the Done Starex, which is managed by the Defendant, on the street in front of C, Busan, and had the driver’s seal of the unclaimed passenger’s car number in the name and unclaimed passenger’s car number, and received at the repair cost an amount equivalent to KRW 20,000,000;

2. On January 15, 2018, at the same place on the same date as, around 18:10, receiving 30,000 won at its repair cost, using seals and printing equipment installed in the said D Cost Round Round for the coloring of the left part of the E-Baa car of a person not to be registered;

3. On January 31, 2018, around 14:00, according to the direction direction direction direction for the estuarine bank of the mouth of the Nakdong River located at the bottom of the Busan Spung-gu, Busan, the above D Cost Star and its equipment used seals and printing equipment installed at the above D Cost Star and received KRW 30,000 won for painting operation on the top of the right gun of the vehicle in white, and received KRW 1.5 million each month for a non-registered vehicle management project.
