Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Nevertheless, on April 12, 2017, the Defendant did not register with the head of the private office of the Gu, the competent authority, and installed seals and printing equipment on the part of the Done Star, which the Defendant managed in the direction direction direction direction at the Danpo-gu, Busan, Bridge, and maintained the seals and printing equipment on the back door of the numberless Abspack vehicle, and received 50,000 won in cash from the nameless person who manages the above Abp motor vehicle from the nameless person who manages it.
