Punishment of the crime

1. On May 22, 2012, the Defendants received 140,000 won from the J, a sex purchaser, from around 21:10, the Defendants arranged the said J to engage in sexual traffic with the said J.

From March 16, 2012 to August 2012, the Defendants received 1,40,000 won as a chemical name from unspecified sex buyers in the above way, and assisted female sex traffickings to engage in sexual traffic with the above sex purchases.

As a result, Defendants conspired to commit acts of arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. On August 27, 2012, Defendant A, knowing that he/she committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment as above, he/she falsely stated that he/she operated the said H with an investigator who is investigating the said case in Seocho-gu Seoul K Law Firm E on August 27, 2012, and that on April 6, 2015, he/she arranged sexual traffic to an investigator who is investigating the said case in the prosecutor’s office located in the branch office of Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office No. 404, 2015.
