Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 14, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year by the Cheongju District Court for a crime of fraud, such as computer, etc., and completed the execution of the said sentence on July 14, 2014.

1. Intrusion upon residence, theft;

A. The Defendant, at around 14:00 on July 23, 2015, using the cresh of the victim’s house in the foregoing place, intrudes into the house by inserting head and body into the window of the crime prevention window and by inserting the body into the window, and continuously exposing the hand, and 3.60,00 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, shall be cut back to the wall outside the wall.
