A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:35 on January 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was a patient suffering from pulmatic disorder, and (b) was stolen by means of inserting 142,200 won in total, including 38,400 won in market price, E-mail 1, and 44,400 won in market price, and 1,00 won in market price, and 59,400 won in E-mail 1,00 won in market price.
