Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bran vehicle.

On March 30, 2015, at around 07:40, the Defendant driven the franchising car which is not covered by mandatory insurance, and proceeded at the speed of 80 km in the speed of 74.4 km from the starting point of the Sincheon-si Incheon East Highway 74.4 km at the speed of 80 km.

In this case, the driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to maintain the safety distance with the motor vehicle ahead and to prevent the occurrence of a traffic accident in advance by accurately operating the steering and brakes accurately.
