Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 07:35 on June 16, 2013, the Defendant driven a B rocketing vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.243% from the 8km section from the street in the vicinity of the string line to the same string distance.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated B rocketing vehicles not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and at the same place as the above “1”;
