Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2019, the Defendant driven the said motorcycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver's license from around 10:30 to around 600 meters from the road located in Pyeongtaek-gun, Gyeonggi-do, to the front day of the said Pyeongtaek-gun, the Defendant driven the said motorcycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver's license.
