A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics;

A. At around 12:00 on March 8, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana once in a manner that connects it to the electronic tobacco exhauster, at the place of residence of “C” located in the United States B.

B. The Defendant, around 03:00 on March 16, 2019, indicated above in D’ in U.S. LA.

In the same manner as the paragraph, marijuana was smoked once.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (marith) and the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (marith), around March 2019, the Defendant received 2 stroke-type 31 psychotropic drugs from psychotropic drugs, such as the U.S. “E” and “C”, etc., and concealed them in a package tour for travel, and stored psychotropic drugs, after being issued 2 mpick-type cams containing psychotropic drugs (hereinafter “copon-phone”), the Defendant arrived at the Incheon Airport around March 20, 2019, by placing them in a tape on the floor of plastic bags mixed with other drugs, and then depositing them as air freight. On March 20, 2019, the Defendant arrived at the Incheon Airport around 20:30 square meters (local hours) of the New York LA, and at around March 20, 2012, Incheon Airport at Incheon Airport around 20:20, Incheon Airport.

Therefore, even though the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the defendant imported marijuana, psychotropic drugs, strophopon, stroke-mm and dcop to the Republic of Korea.
