Punishment of the crime

I, J은 울산 울주군 K에 있는 상호 없는 불법게임장 실업주이고, L는 위 게임장의 바지사장이며, M는 위 게임장의 운영 부장이고, 피고인 A, C은 각각 위 게임장에서 손님들의 잔심부름을 하고 환전을 하는 종업원이며, 피고인 B, D, E는 각각 이른바 “깜깜이차”를 이용하여 손님들을 위 게임장에 데려다주는 종업원이다.

No one shall provide for the distribution or use of game products which have not been rated by the Game Rating Board, display or keep such products, and shall exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase the tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of the game products as a business.

I, J, L, M와 피고인들은 2011. 4. 16.경부터 2011. 5. 1. 19:35경까지 울산 울주군 K에 있는 위 게임장에서, I, J은 게임물등급위원회로부터 등급을 받지 아니한 야마토 게임기(게임기에 현금 10,000원을 투입하면 게임머니 10,000점이 올라가고, 릴게임 형태로 게임이 진행되면서 예시기능에 의하여 게임기 화면에 일정한 배열이 이루어지면 게임머니를 획득하는 방식) 40대를 설치하고, 게임장 운영을 총괄하면서 게임장 밖에서 망을 보고, L는 단속되면 업주로서 조사를 받는 역할을 하기로 하고, M, 피고인 A, C은 손님들의 요청에 의해 수수료 10%를 제한 게임머니를 현금으로 환전하여 주고, 피고인 A, C은 손님들의 잔심부름과 청소를 하고, 피고인 B, D, E는 각각 깜깜이차를 이용하여 손님들을 게임장에 이동시켰다.

Accordingly, in collusion with I, J, L, and M, the Defendants provided game products not classified by the Game Rating Board, and exchanged the type of results obtained through the use of the game products.
