Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2012, the Defendant was a three-lane change to a three-lane course in order to move right while driving a cab on the 7th square in front of the Jeju Island, which is linked around July 21, 2012, along the two-lanes of the Jeju Airport in the direction of the Jeju Airport, while driving a cab in front of the 7th square.

The driver of any motor vehicle shall, when it is feared to impede normal traffic of other motor vehicles running in the direction to which he/she intends to change his/her route, not change his/her route, and when anyone is killed or injured or goods are damaged due to traffic of the motor vehicle, the driver and other crew members of the motor vehicle shall immediately stop his/her motor vehicle and take necessary measures, such as

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not properly examine whether it is likely to obstruct the passage of other vehicles in the surrounding area while changing the course to a three-lane in order to make a right-hand turn, and did not take any measures to destroy property equivalent to approximately KRW 493,236 on the left-hand side of the driver's car volume of the victim E-on a three-lane driving in the same direction, following the left-hand side of the driver's car volume of the victim E-on a three-lane in the same direction, and failed to take any measures.
