The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall gambling using a system for providing property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting results by issuing (including issuing via information and communications networks) sports promotion betting tickets or similar things made by a person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity.

Nevertheless, by leading up to a speculative spirit, the Defendant: (a) opened a server in a foreign country; and (b) opened a private sports Saturday site “gallon (e.g., gambling method: gambling method: by predicting the results of sports games in advance; and (b) deposited the money account in advance; and (c) received dividends of KRW 36,718,627 over 537 times in total through a new account in the name of the Defendant bank in the name of the Defendant’s name from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013, using “C, D, E, and F”, which is a private sports Saturday site operated by the winners of the foreign country; and (d) 36,718,627 won from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013.
