Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) at the main point of “E” operated by the victim D in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, on January 11, 2017, the Defendant: (b) taken 600,000 won in cash from the victim’s wallet at the victim’s bank entrance, which was suffering from the cresh of the victim’s lock toilets by making use of the cresh in which surveillance was neglected by the victim D; (c)
In addition, from that time to April 15, 2017, the victims had property owned by the victims 13 times in total, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 1.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.
2. On March 4, 2017, the Defendant, at around 23:00, found a copy of the Busan Bank BC C C C C C C C C which lost the victim H who was a guest at the main point of “G” located in Kimhae-si F.
The defendant did not follow the necessary procedures such as returning the above-mentioned physical cards to the victim, but did so to have himself/herself.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
3. On March 5, 2017, around 01:29, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Financial Business presented the above H’s physical cards obtained from “G” main points of “G,” which operated the victim’s name in Kimhae-si F, such as Paragraph 2, and ordered the victim to drink and share as if the lawful holder was a legitimate holder.
However, the defendant did not have an intention or ability to pay the drinking value normally because he did not have a legitimate holder of the above physical card.
The Defendant: (a) deceiving the victim as above; (b) received an alcoholic beverage and a share of the amount equivalent to KRW 280,00 at the market price from the victim, namely, from April 16, 2017 to April 16, 2017; and (c) by deceiving the victims on a total of seven occasions in the same manner as in the attached Table of Crimes (2) in the same manner as in the previous Table of Crimes; and (d) used lost or stolen credit cards and check cards.
