A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall forge, alter, or use unlawfully or unlawfully a license plate of a two-wheeled motor vehicle or trade, assist in the trade, give or receive, or use any forged or altered license plate of a two-wheeled motor vehicle;

Nevertheless, on July 2015, the Defendant used the number plate of a two-wheeled automobile again purchased for the purpose of exercising the number plate of a three-wheeled automobile, which is the Defendant’s ownership, at the residence of the Defendant in Seogu, Daegu-gu, 2015. In addition, the Defendant illegally used the number plate of a two-wheeled automobile.

2. On October 29, 2015, the Defendant exercised an air defense that was illegally used by operating the said two-wheeled vehicle from around 16:10 on October 29, 2015 to around 19, Daegu-ro 3:19 on the dwelling of the Defendant as stated in paragraph (1).
