A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Seized evidence 3 through 6 and 12 through 31 shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 1990, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a maximum of two years and six months in the short term with prison labor for an attempted larceny at night at the Seoul Central District Court for a crime of larceny at night, etc.; on July 9, 1993, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) in the Cheongju District Court's Assistance to Chungcheong District Court on July 9, 199; on August 28, 1996, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months; on April 4, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the Larceny) at the Daejeon District Court's Branch Branch on July 16, 2003; on September 2, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a special larceny on September 16, 2011.

1. At around 00:30 on March 3, 2013, the Defendant and C, along with C, set up a DNA car in the vicinity of the six ridged flue-ro, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-do, 935, and, in view of C’s network, the Defendant: (a) cut off the electric wires equivalent to the total market price of KRW 1,671,00,000, which are owned by the victim’s electric power, using a cutting machine installed at the place for telegraph; and (b) cut off the electric wires equivalent to the total market price of KRW 1,671,00,000, and then transferred it to the said vehicle and loaded it.

From March 3, 2013 to April 4, 2013, the Defendant, together with C, stolen a total of seven occasions of the market price owned by the victims by the same method as shown in the attached Table I (I), 2,452m of electric wires equivalent to the total of 8,137,040 won.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the property owned by the victims together with C.

2. On April 2, 2014, the Defendant, along with the Defendant, was in the vicinity of the Victim G in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu and 109 Dong 902, around April 19, 2014.
