Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties (1) The defendant is a school foundation that operates the affiliated hospital B (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant hospital"), and the I (P) department, J (A) department and K (G) department are doctors of the defendant hospital.
(2) On June 12, 2012, the Selection C is the spouse of the deceased L (M birth) (hereinafter “the deceased”) who was receiving medical treatment at the Defendant Hospital on June 12, 2012, and the Plaintiff and the Appointor D, E, F, G, and H are the children of the deceased.

(2) After that, the blood test was conducted immediately with the deceased, and the transplant was taken, and the medical staff of the first medical department of the Defendant hospital, who suspected of the cerebrovascular disease of the deceased, and the J conducted brain CTR photographs (Brain C-Ango) using creination with the deceased. However, the deceased’s blood test result shows that the creinine value was higher than 1.7mg/dl with the normal value (0.6-1.4mg/dl) of the deceased’s blood test, and that the creinine value was more than 1.7mg/dl with the normal value (0.5 19:00 on May 28, 2012).
