Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

Punishment of the crime

From the end of December 2017, the Defendant served as the promotion chairperson of the Committee for Promotion of Regional Housing Association established to build multi-family housing in the manner of a regional housing association at the B B from the end of the Government, and was dismissed on April 28, 2019, and D is a person newly appointed as the promotion chairperson of the said Promotion Committee around April 28, 2019.

On April 28, 2019, when the Defendant was dismissed from office of the above promotion committee chairperson, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s operation of the promotion committee by force by obstructing the victim’s and the executives of the promotion committee from entering the said office, by altering the password of digital fishing village installed at the entrance of the above promotion committee office in the city E and the fourth floor around that time, and not informing the victimD of this.

2. Around June 13, 2019, the Defendant prepared 568 copies of a document to be sent to the owners of one land, such as Do Government-si F, the project site of the said promotion committee, by means of computers, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, and even if he was dismissed from the position of the promotion committee, and affixed the official seal of the promotion committee at the bottom of the document, the Defendant signed 568 copies of the document to be sent to the owners of the above promotion committee, such as Do Government-si F, which is the project site of the promotion committee, and affixed the official seal of the promotion committee at the bottom of the document, and then sent the document as above at the post office located on the same day to 568 landowners listed in the attached list of crimes.

For the purpose of exercising, the defendant prepared 568 copies of the document concerning rights and duties by gathering the qualification of the chairman of the promotion committee, and exercised 568 copies of the document prepared with qualification ambiguous.
