1. The Defendant’s resolution on each agenda indicated in the attached Form at the inaugural general meeting of the A Regional Housing Association on July 29, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s establishment and promotion of the Plaintiff’s regional housing association A) The Plaintiff is the Yeonsu-gu Incheon District Housing Construction Project (hereinafter “instant project”).

For the purpose of establishing a regional housing association under Article 11 of the Housing Act and Article 20 of the Enforcement Decree of the Housing Act, a regional housing association promotion committee is established for the purpose of establishing a regional housing association. Article 19 (General Meeting of Promotion Committee ① the owners of land, etc. among the owners of land, etc. and the members of the regional

(2) General meetings of the promotion committee shall be held where deemed necessary by the chairperson.

Provided, That in cases falling under any of the following subparagraphs, the chairperson shall hold a general meeting of the promotion committee within two months from the relevant date:

1. When not less than 1/5 of the members of the promotion committee requests the promotion committee, presenting the objective of general meetings;

2. When there exists a request for holding a general meeting of the promotion committee from not less than 2/3 of the promotion committee members.

The supplementary operational rules shall enter into force on the date on which the A Regional Housing Association Establishment Promotion Committee is organized.

2) With respect to the operation of the Plaintiff, the operating rules enforced from the date the Plaintiff was organized (hereinafter “Operational Rules”).

(3) Of the rules of the Regional Housing Association (tentative name) prepared by the Plaintiff for the establishment of the housing association (hereinafter referred to as the “instant rules”) the provisions concerning the holding of the special meeting are as follows:

Article 22 (Establishment of General Meeting) (1) Partnership shall hold a general meeting consisting of all members.

(2) A general meeting shall be convened by the president of the partnership after being divided into the inaugural general meeting, the ordinary general meeting,

Provided, That the inaugural general meeting shall be the chairperson of the Housing Association Promotion Committee.
