Facts of recognition

The party relationship and the news report of this case are those who have worked as civilian personnel in the military service by taking charge of the position of the information office belonging to the usfk Information Office, and K has worked as civilian personnel in the outside contract in the usfk Information Bureau.

Defendant B, a newspaper publishing company that regularly publishes “M” and “N,” Defendant C, from July 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015, is a person who served as an intern in M from July 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015; Defendant D, as a vice-director of M’s political division, and Defendant E ( collectively referred to as “Defendant B, etc.,” collectively, as a director-general of M’s editing.

On August 15, 2015, the said Defendants reported and drafted articles as shown in attached Table 1 in relation to the Plaintiff, or compiled and inserted them by approving coverage.

Defendant F Co., Ltd. is a newspaper publishing company publishing the weekly newspaper "P", Defendant G’s online journalist, Defendant H’s online team leader and Defendant I (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Defendant F, etc.”) who held office as a director general of the editing bureau of P.

On September 2, 2015, the aforementioned Defendants, as the title “ Q”, collected and drafted articles as shown in the attached Table 2 in relation to the Plaintiff, or approved coverage and edited and published them.

From September 2009, the Plaintiff had been working in the U.S. military unit in the U.S. and became aware of K working in the same military unit as a civilian in the process.

K, who worked in the U.S. branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, was a couple with R from July 2007 to South Korea and completed each marriage marriage in Korea and the U.S. after the marriage report was completed on December 2009, and there was one child in 2014.

K during the marriage period with R, it was known that R, a spouse, was aware of the above fact while having exchanged letters containing sexual content with R and Kakao Stockholm.

K shall be domestic violence, etc. at the beginning of 2015.
