Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of one year and six months, and the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a private entrusted collection business entity that collects and transports agricultural wastes generated in the area D in accordance with a standard contract for a private entrusted collection project concluded with the Minister for Resource Circulation with the Korea Environment Corporation, the South-Namn Regional Headquarters.

According to the guidelines and standard contracts for the collection and disposal of agricultural wastes of the Environment Corporation, a private collection business entity shall collect agricultural wastes generated without compensation, issue a pre-collection ticket to collect farmers, village heads, women's presidents, etc. directly collected, and shall not collect in any area outside the designated collection area, collect them from specialized collectors, or issue a non-legal measurement certificate.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) purchased agricultural waste collected by a specialized collection business entity in a small amount of money; (b) illegally issued a measurement certificate (e.g., removal slips); or (3) collected agricultural waste to farmers; and (b) paid compensation in full to them; (c) however, as if the Defendant had collected agricultural waste collected by a small amount of money or purchased agricultural waste free of charge by a farmer, etc. in the name of the borrowed account he/she was in possession of the previous borrowed agricultural waste collected by the Defendant, etc., he/she was to prepare a collection pre-sale sheet and submit it to the Environmental Authority and D military service to obtain compensation money

On the other hand, the defendant is required to do so because of the closed vinyl performance in front of the FF agricultural cooperatives in South South Korea on January 2007.

“The Account Number (Account Number: H) was issued by G, and the passbook was borrowed from 9 other than G, an agricultural person, by means of receiving the passbook in G name.

In addition, the defendant around January 2008, the defendant did not collect agricultural waste from the above G, and the quantity that he/she is the collector is the quantity that he/she purchased without compensation or small amount at different places.
