From September 18, 2016 to December 6, 2016, the Defendant driven B car at approximately 100 meters from the 100-meter section to the front road of the Central Middle School located in Ansan-ro 65, Ansan-si around November 4, 2016, even though the validity of the driver’s license was suspended from September 18, 2016 to December 6, 2016.
